SHIPPING INFORMATION

All US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. US orders $15.00 and over will also be sent INSURED for added peace of mind. USPS First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Our customers typically receive their packages in 7 to 10 business days. If you do not receive your package within 10 business days please contact us immediately via email at hotlegsusa@hotlegsusa.com.

Hot Legs USA does offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS EXPRESS MAIL as a shipping option for our customers. USPS EXPRESS MAIL is **NOT** an over night service. Most USPS EXPRESS MAIL packages arrive to their destination in 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Estimated delivery time frames above apply to "IN STOCK" items. Special Orders and items Back Ordered from our manufacturers will add to delivery time.

Hot Legs USA does ship to PO BOX addresses.

Military orders are welcome and we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please verify that your APO/FPO address information is accurate and complete. APO/FPO orders must utilize our PAYPAL Check Out Option.

Hot Legs USA sends tracking information via email when your order is processed and shipped. USPS Tracking numbers are also available upon request. All US packages can be tracked at anytime by visiting the US Postal Service website: http://www.usps.com

If this step is not followed, the tracking information email may find its way into your spam filter, junk mail box, or may be blocked altogether.

All US PAYPAL customers may log into their PAYPAL account at anytime to find tracking information for their purchase.

US PRIORITY MAIL tracking information is not ‘Real Time'.  Tracking information for US Priority Mail will tell our customers when the shipping label was created and when the package was delivered or an attempt to deliver was made.

HOT LEGS USA SHIPPING TIPS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Please verify that all of your order information is accurate and complete prior to completing check out.
  • US customers should verify that their shipping address matches US Postal Service Format. To confirm you address matches Postal Format please visit http://www.usps.com
  • All customers should provide a phone number with their order. This will allow our shipping department to contact you if they encounter a problem while processing your order.
  • PAYPAL customers must select the correct ‘Shipping Method' from the drop down box found on our shopping cart check out page.
  • PAYPAL customers must verify that their PAYPAL account is updated with their current shipping address prior to placing an order.
  • Customers will be billed a second delivery charge for packages returned for incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping addresses.
  • US recognized holidays will create delays in shipping/delivery time. Orders placed during holidays will require additional shipping time. Please plan your order accordingly and allow additional time for your order to arrive.
  • Hot Legs USA will communicate special shipping information on our home page. Please review the "What's New!" and scrolling marquis located on the home page of our website prior to placing an order.
  • International customers must allow additional shipping time for Customs inspection and processing. Customs processing times will vary by country.
