The Legend of the Haunchyville: Holiday Hijinks

There is a group of circus dwarves that ventured into the vast forests of Muskego, WI to isolate themselves from the big world they were living and being paraded in. This group of dwarves, rumored to have a population of over 200, have built a miniature-sized utopia for themselves to live amongst themselves. They will do just about anything to protect themselves from larger beings including chopping legs and arms off to bring them down to size.

The Origins of Haunchyville, WI

The origins of Haunchyville, WI date back to somewhere in the 1950s, when a group of circus dwarves were tired of being dragged around and paraded in front of circus crowds just because of their small stature. They revolted around their ring leader who held them captive and hanged him in a wooded forest in Muskego, WI. Before hanging him, they cut his arms and legs off to bring him down to their size.

They set out to create a secretive community in the forests where they built their homes to scale. Fleeing from those who treated them like monsters, circus dwarves crafted their own haven, hidden from the world that once paraded them around.

The Haunchyville Community

Within the hidden confines of Haunchyville, over 200 circus dwarves established a unique community, shrouded in mystery and seclusion. Their homes, scaled down to match their diminutive stature, created an otherworldly atmosphere. Living amongst themselves, they crafted a lifestyle that went beyond mere isolation—it was a deliberate retreat from a world that had, for too long, gawked at their existence. The community thrived on a blend of enigmatic practices and unconventional rituals, fostering an aura of intrigue.

Protector of Haunchyville

To shield themselves from the specter of larger beings, the residents of Haunchyville adopted unconventional protective measures. It is rumored that there is a boy who stumbled upon the community that the dwarves immediately accepted because of the boy’s immediate equal treatment towards them. He has now grown into a man that sits at the end of Mystic Drive with a shotgun in hand, to ward off any trouble for the dwarves.

Punishment for Trespassing in Haunchyville

For those bold enough to set out and find this community, beware of the dangers that lie ahead. Those who are caught trespassing are punished by having their legs chopped from the knees down, forcing them to live like the circus dwarves of Haunchyville. Nobody has made it out to tell what comes of those trespassers that have been caught, but it is rumored that the legs and potential arms are used for a big feast for the dwarves. The celebration of taking down the big people results in a slow-roasted leg or two over the fire.

Pictures of Haunchyville

Nobody has been able to capture the miniature utopia however, there are several depictions created by artists of what may be able to be seen when encountering the circus dwarf community. The only pictures of Haunchyville that exist are merely artistic imagination based on rumors and stories.
